Our Vision

There is a dearth of dedicated short content streaming and distribution platforms online. This is where FSM comes in. Our vision is to fill the void to become a market leader in this genre and offer creators/filmmakers an opportunity and a stepping-stone to showcase their talent for bigger deals…and also earn some bucks.

Our Team

Sunil Sadarangani

Founder, Owner & CEO

Sunil Sadarangani is a Los Angeles based award winning Producer/Filmmaker and has over 10 years experience as a Producer on international and domestic feature films, documentaries, short films, web-series, and PSAs. His web-series, "Bollywood to Hollywood", has won multiple awards in acting and producing at film festivals, as well as secured distribution. In addition, Sunil's short films, “In Transit” and “Blind” have won awards in producing, directing and acting at international and local film festivals, including being awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the City Of Los Angeles, California.

Saba Moor-Doucette

Owner, Partner & COO

An award winning actor, educator, writer, producer/director and Gold Medal Champion Bikini Diva/Sports Model, Saba is also a pioneer of New Media which she discovered in the early 1990s when she embraced the concept of digital production, aggregation and distribution of online programming. She earned an Emmy, Cine Golden Eagle and Best Short Film, Houston Film Festival, for her involvement in Beethoven’s Fifth and her short film Brothers, won the coveted Kodak Director of Photography and ISELA Spirit in Action awards. Sunil and Saba had formed Hanuman Media that produced Bollywood to Hollywood, which resulted in an invitation to participate in the first European Web-Series Festival in Marseille.  Saba is a member of Women In Film, a licensed metaphysical practitioner and a certified personal trainer.

Milena Rimassa

Director, Global Strategy & Marketing

Milena Rimassa is a distribution executive of long standing with a melded career as an executive producer of independent films, such as Other Voices, Graduation Week and Mel, which continue to air on cable television. She is currently a producer of Roll with Me, a documentary and reality series that documents the 3,000 wheelchair trek of Gabe Cordell. Films and digital product licensed by her have been translated into dozens of languages and have been distributed throughout 120 countries and in all broadcast formats.

Jason Lawton

 Director, I.T. & Network Engineering

Jason is a technology ninja in the telecommunication space for nearly two decades and currently work in the complex cloud and computing sector of networking. He manages, troubleshoots and maintains server mainframes for companies such as Amazon, Google, Netflix, Warner Bros., and other global companies. He is a thought-leader in next generation computing and cloud solutions.

Tania Gomez

Director, Content & Acquisitions – Latin America

With over 10 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry and as an MBA graduate focusing on global markets, Tania Gomez has developed deep knowledge of the Latin American market, which allowed her to create quality TV programming  and media content that was successfully received across the U.S. and Latin America. As the Senior Producer of the iconic show “12 CORAZONES”, Tania spearheaded the development and production of more than its 4,000 episodes—from start to finish. The show is the Spanish-language longest running dating show in Hispanic history. By focusing on the Millennial market and creatively thinking outside the box, she increased ratings and transitioned the show from a local to a national daily show with syndication across North and South America. Besides the U.S., “12 CORAZONES” has enjoyed great success in countries like Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Honduras, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.

Neal Kingston

Director, Content & Acquisitions - Australia - Southeast Asia

Neal Kingston is an award winning commercials, film and TV producer. He was producer on Australia’s longest running and most successful television series “Neighbours”, producing over 800 episodes and supervising producer of the international children’s series Hi-5. Neal produced the independent film, “Nerve” which was nominated for Best Film and Best Producer of a Feature Film at the 2015 Festival of World Cinema, London. Formally a producer on three series of the acclaimed drama “McLeod’s Daughters”, He also produced the first Australian interstitial program series of 20 short films ”In Bed With Desire” for cable TV. Neal is currently in pre-production on the feature film “Crawlspace".

Surjoe Mukerji

Director, Acquisitions - India

Surjoe Mukerji, the Managing Member of Film Deck International LLC , is from a family whose very name is synonymous with Indian Cinema - A true family dynasty with over 70 years in film production and distribution.

The Mukerji's had owned and operated India's oldest studio, starting from Bombay Talkies, in 1934 to Filmistan and finally Filmalaya Studios.  The Mukerjis have produced more than 200 Hindi film titles, making their film library one of the largest in the world.

Mr. Mukerji, based in India and the USA, maintains close ties to India's leading production companies, distributors and post production houses, and also has a strong network to a stable of established and up and coming directors and talent from both sides of the Globe.

Mr. Mukerji has direct and strong ties to leading distributors and marqueee talent here in India and Hollywood Los Angeles thus synchronizing East and West for global film making purposes, merging the Hollywood and Bollywood film industries, the world's most influential film industries, along with important elements from Europe, Latin/South America, Asia and other territories.

Lapacazo Sandoval

Publicity Director

Lapacazo Sandoval began her career in public relations, holding posts at La MaMa E.T.C and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) before moving into personal publicity for client John Leguizamo.
She segued into film unit publicity becoming a member of IATSE LOCAL 600 and working as a unit film publicist.  

In 2011, she began establishing herself into the writing sector and became a critic and entertainment journalist for a myriad of publications including GO!, LatinStyle, myNewYorkeye, Essence.com and The New York Amsterdam News. 

As a children multimedia creator author, she is the creator of The SleepyTown Collection, Boogaloo and Lady-The Smiling Pitbull.  In 2017, she will have two multimedia children books published — E! TRAIN and SHARON R.: WORLD’S GREATEST BACKER under the new publishing house Kazoom Kids Books (Kids iStoryBooks).
